Health and Safety Protocols...

Before commencing any type of work, we carry out a Risk Assessment and consult with our Health & Safety team.
We carry out mandatory inductions and supply COSHH Data Sheets to our staff for all our products.
Each development site will be handed a cleaning file, that will be situated at the site managers office containing our Health & Safety policies, Insurances, RAMS/ COSHH Data sheets.
We are fully insured with Public and Employers’ liability which is worth no less than £10 million.
You can be rest assured that all our cleaning operatives hold CSCS cards.
Our staff are highly-trained operatives with qualifications and experience using specialist machinery and equipment for tasks such as high-level cleaning.
We supply our operatives with the correct Personal Protective Equipment and review and update our company Health and Safety Policy regular

Builders Clean

We will remove all temporary protection and labels that are not to remain will be removed within all areas of the building. Debris to floors will all be cleaned and removed. Window frames will all be cleaned off ready for planned mastic applications.

Final Cleaning

We provide a post-construction clean up option to fit any type and size of business-related project. We will work with you on-site to put together a proposal at your convenience and work around your schedule.

Sparkle Cleaning

When your project requires a touch up clean before a sale closes, before the transfer of the property, or after viewings. Our cleaning service will keep the property looking at its best to make the best impression with your client or buyers.

Show Homes Cleaning

All show homes have a lot of foot traffic coming and going each day. We provide show home cleaning on a weekly basis for each developer across the north West. This is our responsibility to present the homes in the best possible light ensuring they are left clean and dust free and any furniture or furnishings out of place are put back in pace to how the property was firstly modelled. Our cleaners would also flush toilets, run taps, & showers on a weekly basis.
