I first got to know the guys at Elite Cleaning Solutions back in November 2017. We were working at West Lancs College and preparing to handover the site to Building Control for sign off. We hired around 6 cleaners from Elite to help us clean the place up and make it look as presentable as possible.
I was impressed from the first morning I inducted them. All on time, fully certified, well presented with full PPE and showing a good attitude.
The work we were asking of them was very demanding and in some cases disheartening as contractors would go back over the work they had just finished! Despite this, they never complained and shown a real hard work ethic. To be honest, I found myself delegating work to the guys from Elite before asking my own operatives, as I knew it would get done properly.
They’re a company I really enjoy working with and one of the first I like to get on board when starting a new project. There continued success comes as no surprise to me!

The sites cleaning requirements where awaiting takeover from our out sourcing Facilities Management company whom manage all Environment Agency building through a national contract. In anticipation of this contract coming to fruition Elite cleaning where on hand to provide a service for the site that I believe would be hard to match in terms of actual cleaning operations and customer service.

All services provided were to the highest standard. All staff were very smartly dressed, reliable, efficient, conscientious and hardworking and at all times with a friendly smile.
We were pleased and impressed with the fact that we always had someone on hand so we never had to worry about being left without a cleaning service. Elite have been prompt in returning communication and always thought of the customer first.

Elite management where always willing to help with financial and administrate matters, and where supportive throughout our time with Elite.

Elite Cleaning Solutions is local and perfect for us. They are highly professional, reliable and are smartly dressed in branded uniforms.
